Join local artist Kristi Taylor for an afternoon of Mindful Painting in our studio from 2-4pm on Sunday, July 23rd. In this workshop Kristi will teach you how to paint, step-by-step, and discuss how the meditative and mindful qualities of art can lead us to better self-care and wellness. All painting supplies are provided with your registration. Painting for this class will be done while seated on the floor; if you require a chair for painting please let us know in advance. You are encouraged to bring your mat and any props to make you comfortable while you paint. You may also bring a beverage of choice.
